Neck & Shoulder Pain

Control the pain

A majority of people believe their neck and shoulder pain will go away on its own. That they simply slept ‘funny’. But then 4 months later you are still living with the same nagging pain or ache.

Something we see so often in our physiotherapy clinic is where people will go to their GP with this issue only to be prescribed with painkillers and told to rebook in 6 weeks. Or they simply believe it’s just apart of ageing.

We are here to help you. We would love to resolve this issue for you by booking a call or discovery session with one of our physiotherapists or sports therapists. We have helped many people just like you. So don’t hesitate to being your journey to a pain-free life today.

Postural assessment -2

Stop sitting in awkward positions at work or home. When sitting in bad posture or sleeping in an awkward position you add excess stress on your neck and shoulders, which will increase your pain and ache feeling.

Ergonomic Assessment

Do the right exercises. The correct physio or sports therapist will give you progression exercises which will reduce your pain/tension and allow your neck to have freedom. Most importantly stop this pain keep coming back.

Deep tissue massage 2

Pick a good physiotherapist. The results our therapists have got at Luckhurst Injury Clinic has allowed our clients to get back to daily and social life pain and ache free.
